As a child when most kids were dressing their dolls, I was putting Band-Aids on all my dolls. I never dreamed of another career path, except nursing. After 35 years of Nursing I’m now retired.

All my life I was always involved in crafting. Making candles, crocheting, paper quilling, mod podge, ceramics, painting and presently wire-working. I tried a lot of different types of beading and my niche seems to have fallen with wire-working and making and firing dichroic glass pendants. It was my 93 year old Dad that taught me how to saw, grind, cut, and fire glass. I love working with my power tools!

I have been teaching wire-working for approximately 7 years. There is no greater compliment then to have your student go off and excel in the craft that you have taught them.
